Navigation user experience for business banking

In partnership with The Works agency, I designed the navigation that now helps customers interact with ANZ Biz Hub. Together, we explored navigation methods and formats so that business owners can discover content across Biz Hub that helps them overcome a problem or learn more about a specific topic.

The navigation redesign required a review of the design system across the Australia and New Zealand product teams where we explored functional icon rules and illustration styles. Introducing the "ask us a question" search functionality supports customers so they're prompted with how to ask the right question and helps them articulate what they're really looking for. The improved navigation design provides a concise and actionable user experience.
